Warbirds at BHX 06 May 03

On a turnaround at Brum today, about 4:30pm when 3 Second World War types started blatting round BHX. Run and Breaks and pair formations - all very entertaining. If you're reading - Top Show fellas :ok: !! Lightened up my afternoon.

Anyone know what types they actually were or what they were practicing for, out of interest?? :confused:

Yes, Polly Vacher was setting out on her round the World Polar circumnavigation.

Hey, you missed one - the Battle of Britain Hurricane and Spitfire flew by with her Piper Dakota - G-FRGN and then the BoB two seat Spit departed and a beautiful P-51, G-MSTG was also here.
