What speeds do you use for an Arrow for base, approach and 'over the fence - gonna make it'?

You have a POH? That's the one to rely on.

I use the same for Arrow II and Arrow III cos I have a lousy memory: 90 knots at base turn, slow to 80 on base, 70 on final, slow to stall warner beep at touchdown. I don't look at the ASI going over the fence - but I'd guess it's around 65.

I usually fly each approach segment a bit faster in an Arrow 3.
Base leg at 85 kts, Finals at 75 kts/Flaps 40, slowing to 70 kts over the fence. Round out, then power back to idle, and increasing back pressure in the hold-off as the aircraft sinks. Should result in a graceful arrival. For a glide approach, 75 kts/Flaps 40 on final seems to work fine.
