It's early days for this one - basically a friend who flies 74's for the airline is offering to look into it.
Hi AB - Yeah, I've kind of been in a flying layoff for awhile, busy with, oh, let me see, recovering from an intentional hit and run. How's that for starters. :ouch:
Flying tomorrow though, wx permitting.

Yes - if we can fly in :p! I understand it has been done by regular PPLs, accompanied by fully-rated "company" instructors, in some of our club aircraft when they had to go into the paint-shop at LHR some years ago: but had to be done in the small hours of the morning / middle of the night...
Otherwise, no thanks := Andy
