I'm hoping to fly into Girona airport (Spain) later this year in our group owned Fuji 200 and wonder if anyone has any advice. I am interested in knowing how GA "friendly" it is plus any info' on costs. I have flown in Spanish airspace before so I am reasonably familiar with standard VFR procedures over there.

Help appreciated,

Hi,
I'm based at LEGE airport. It is a quiet airport with some charter flights during the sumer.
Landing fees are not very expensive and has a GA parking area. I recommend you to bring tie downs as the airport has tie downs points, but there are no ropes on them.
There are no special VFR procedures, just call the approach when crossing the French border.
Please let me know if I can assist you futher.
