Haven't searched if it's come up before, and sorry if it's wrongly posted, but....is there anywhere I can turn for ALL V-speed abbrevs, on the net?
Thanks a lot!

V1 - decision speed
V1 has evolved into an "ACTION" rather than a "DECISION" speed.
Veo - engine failure speed (in certification 3 secs before V1)
Are you sure that this is based on 3 secs??? I always thought that it was 1 sec and called Vef.
Mutt.
V2 in the USA is referred to as takeoff safety speed, and has been thus for a very long time.

Some suggestions:
Look here (http://www.auf.asn.au/groundschool/umodule2.html#vspeed) , here (http://www.aviationboom.com/terms/vspeeds.shtml) , here (http://www.californiaeagles.com/vspeed.asp) or click on 1.2 (Abbr. & symbols) here (http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/cfrhtml_00/Title_14/14cfr1_00.html) :D
hope that helped a bit,
happy landings
