Hello all- be interested to hear your views on this as it surely is the only acceptable way to build hours after graduation? Any ideas anyone????

I'm flight instructor in Spain Barcelona. Thanks to my job as FI I have built around 3000 hrs, but certainly after the first 1000 hrs we should look for quality because the quantity it's no so important.

Have nice flights!
