I've heard it's an excellent unit to work at, can anyone confirm / deny ??

Sounds great, but with a company that lost over 600 million last year and has a 2 billion pension fund deficit ??
Oh, by the way I`m talking about BAe Systems, not NATS!!!

Last I heard they are likely to be the only ATCO's in the BAE ssystem that are to stay all the other aifields that BAE are based at are run by SERCO! but then again Serco would'nt want to pay the wage bill. By all accounts the roster is good and the pension is even better and hey the fighter industry is just about to take off !!!!! with IRAQ.

check the advert again - what makes you think that you would actually be working at EGNO ?!?
with a rubbish pension, the ever present threat of closure / takeover, NATS style mis-manangement and the usual round robbins of redundancies . . . . . . . .
