I see this is now posted in multiple forums as titilating news without technical foundation for forum discussion.

Iomapaseo, You say "I see this is now posted in multiple forums as titilating news (sic) without technical foundation for forum discussion".
I posted the newspaper article in Engineers and Technicians and in Tech Log. The article begins to expose what, in my opinion, may well turn out to be the greatest scandal in aviation engineering history - and I don't believe I'm overstating the case. I posted the link without comment as it speaks for itself.
How dare you suggest that I posted the link as 'titillating news'! As you clearly have a very high opinion of your own ability to make contributions here perhaps you could now begin a 'forum discussion' instead of wasting our time with puerile and offensive remarks.

I believe you used the wrong word. Offensive should have been "defensive remarks". I may be wrong but I believe Lomapaseo works for the FAA.

Very interesting; thanks for the link Belgique.
Soon the TSBC will come out with its report on SR 111. Hopefully, this will provide some closure for the ones affected by this terrible tragedy.
Hard to believe FAA approved this heavy, hi-power-draw entertainment system without testing it first.
