View Full Version : Any flying clubs in Cork area??
Just wondering if anyone had any info on either private clubs or clubs at an airfield in the Cork area. Condition of A/C, rates, and opinions welcome.

Southaer are based at Cork Airport - great bunch of guys there. (I've no connection, just with them for my PPL at present - well I will be again when finances once more allow!!!). I believe they run Cessna 172 Skyhawks and Piper Cherokees. From the very little I understand and have witnessed the fact that Cork is an international airport isn't a problem. Seems like good experience to work under the pressure of full ATC and CA. They have a website which is their name plus .com (sorry if I'm no supposed to put up commercial web addresses!)
