Hi All,

Anyone flown in Sacremento, CA. I'll be visiting there soon and would like to rent a cheap pistion or two; tried searching for GA airfields in CA but end up with all sorts of non relevant blurb.

Thanks

Many clubs fly from big airfields, so you might want to try looking at those for schools.

seach using google.com should return a few. I found: http://www.calaggieflyers.com/aircraft.html

I made my first flight in a cessna with the cal aggie flyers.

Davis, is a lovely little town, I went to Uni there for a year. And while the students are about its fun place to live.

From what i remember they have some nice a/c there. And if memory serves me correct, the prices were reasonable.

Here, check out this page.

Sacramento Executive is a nice airport, I've flown there a few times, not very much traffic, excellent facilities (beautiful terminal building), long, wide runways. Looks as if there are three flight schools located there. Rates aren't TOO bad either.
