This should benefit Biggin Hill and hence GA, by bringing extra funds and thereby keeping it viable.

The danger, of course, is that BH gradually moves to becoming London's 6th airport, getting Class D and eventually chucking GA out, but I don't see that happening. Anyway please take your decision, but call the number below if you think that it would be a good thing.

Subject: BIGGIN HILL AIRPORT NEEDS YOU!

The NewsShopper is running a phone poll on the future of the Airport.

It features the fact that a low-fares operator would like to introduce
flights from Biggin Hill to European cities such as Amsterdam, Barcelona,
Geneva, Milan and Nice from as little as £12!
This would actually mean only 6 flights per day.
It then encourages readers to vote in their phone poll. We are taking this
opportunity to canvass the community's views and offer you the chance to:

- to safeguard existing jobs
- to support existing airport income
- to support the local economy
- to introduce new jobs to replace recent losses (such as those at Formula
One)
- to offer local businesses effective, modern, sustainable travel solutions

Add 3304 for the no option on the number above.
Does anyone know who wants to fly from here and what they are going to be using?
