Can an expert shed some light on how overflight charges are calculated in within European and North Atlantic airspace. Is there a formula that can be used and what criteria are used in that formula?

If someone could point me to a relevant website I would much appreciate it.

The charge is the multiplication of three basic elements:
· Aircraft Weight Factor
· Distance Factor
· Unit Rate of Charge
For international flights, the charge is obtained by adding the amounts calculated for each state.

Thanks Findo, all my questions answered (Google didn't bring up Eurocontrol when I searched it)
