Doubt if it will be of much use though unless your Dutch is up to standard. Our Aviation Division is having trouble adapting to the 21st century and who knows? Perhaps one day you might find an English site!
Anything specific you're looking for? I can do a bit of translating if it's not complete regulations you want.
