There have neeb a number of threads in this forum about PILOT magazine. I promosed that I would summarise the key criticisms and pass them on to the editor and publisher. The following lists the criticisms made:

Too many errors – worse then the others X2
Changed for the worse with loss of key contributors X4
Become the same as the others – no longer different X4
Incorrect advice
Utter Shyte
Poor quality articles X2
The others are getting better X6
Going downmarket / dumbing down / superficial X4
Subscriptions arrive late X8
Depth of knowledge is missing – too light X2
Current regime awful to work for and bad managers X3
There is nothing in it to read X3
The others have better regular columnists
Illustrations and photos are very poor now X3
Suffers from glossy format X2
The publishers are not responsive to criticism and ideas X5
Too formulaic
It is falling back in circulation compared to the others X2
Lots of pages missing and some repeated X2
Flight tests are full of inaccuracies
Flight tests are not full tests just a quick flight
Publisher and editor rest on laurels / complacent
Crap website and forum
The others are better value for money
The current team no nothing about flying and pilots X2
It is lacking in opinions
Bland inoffensive and boring
The best writers are now writing for others X4
The publisher and editor don’t know how to fix the mag
Too many old timers and warbirds X2
Pilot is hard going
Most of the writers cant write – they are amateurs

These inputs will be passed on for action where appropriate.

"Pilots Problems" ----> "Pilot's Problems".

Similarly poor grammar is often seen in Pilot and the other UK GA magazines.

Mr Formationfoto: this is satire, yes?

On the other PILOT thread you talk about putting your head above the trench. Now we must all conclude you must have dug yourself down so deep, it can only be a matter of time before you appear in Australia.

I would offer you another spade, but you seem to have an endless supply!
