How long do I wait before I reduce the power after take off?

Does the Flight Manual / Pilot's Operating Handbook specify a maximum period for full power settings?
If not, then you can leave full power as long as you like.
Some things to consider:
Terrain
Engine T&Ps
Noise: For those on the ground & those in the a/c.
Passenger comfort ie climb through low level turbulence
Time constraints
Situation awareness: One's capacity to focus on the power setting ie there may be a more important task that must be attended.
