In connection with my profile, I currently look after training and recruitment for my 'Organisation' (I use the term loosely)

I have a senior managers course to organise from 10-14th March. One of the delegates has suggested that 'Decision Making Under Stress' be included in the programme.

I have thought for a while that CRM and the aviation training environment may well have something to offer in this field.

What I am looking for is a lecturer who can provide a days input in this field, who is able to show how the decision making process works in what I consider the ultimate stress environment, viz: get it wrong at fl250 and not only you but a couple of hundred others are going to be a whole lot worse off.

Anyone out there want to stick their head above the parapet, or got any ideas? Please email/pm me with a telephone number so we can talk

Standto,
Sorry I've been away for a bit and missed your post. We've been doing work recently on Decision Making at my club. We've identified three pathways which we use, largely from the work done by Gary Klein. I know that you said you were fixed up but if you are interested by all means send me an email.

Regards.
