Where can I get a copy/ view the text of the Bermuda II agreement. I would assume this is in the public domain .

I'm not quite certain exactly when it became the "II" but some of the agreements can be found here (http://www.flyvebranchen.dk/docs/pub_eu_us_tr.htm)

This (http://www.competition-commission.org.uk/fulltext/430a4.2.pdf) is a version in Adobe. Don't know if it has all the subsequent amendments and exemptions though.
