A small Russian plane with 28 people on board crashed Saturday while landing at a Mediterranean resort, but there were no fatalities reported. The Antonov plane clipped a power line as it was landing, said Antalya Governor Ertugrul Dokuzolgu. Eight people suffered minor injuries while 20 others were taken to hospitals in the Antalya area for observation, a Turkish resort 330 miles south of the capital, Ankara. The governor told reporters that none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening. The plane had taken off from Cairo, Egypt with 19 passengers and a crew of nine. The cause of the crash was under investigation, but NTV television reported that weather may have been a factor.
