My wife is 4 feet 11 inches tall and therefore a few inches too short to work as cabin crew for the majority of airlines. The one exception is Air Wales, who I believe, impose a maximum height restriction of 5'3" due to the low cabin headroom in the Dornier aircraft they fly.
She has several years of customer service experience, having worked in 5-star hotels both in the UK and abroard, and is of suitable appearance. Also, we live very close to Cardiff Airport, where Air Wales are based.
If anyone has any experience of Air Wales, I would be grateful for information regarding the possibility of her being recruited. I have obtained the address from their website, but need the name of the person she should apply to. Any additional information and advice would be helpful.
