i am a military pilot with this profile
4500TT all in heavy turboprop
IR, ME, MCC
What airlines should i focus on?

Toro,
I would say any and all. Put applications in to as many airlines as you can. We all have airlines which we would like to fly for, but don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Focus on the ones you would accept a job with, if offered.
Don't bother with the ones that pay less than you need or the ones based where you will not be able to operate from.
