Well done Captain Grey amd your CC colleagues. You pilots of jmc should be very grateful for their tough stance. Stronger knees and backbones than your pilot management?. . We hope that this may yet have some influence in our battle in Virgin. Our lawyer believes it will strengthen our case in court. . .How can two CCs be so different?. .I see from the previous post on this subject that berdy describes his jmc colleague as immature. Probably young and niaive would be more apt. Like greentale I also have been shocked by the arrogant and contemptible behaviour of many of my older colleagues. I have been shocked by the lack of backbone in pilot managers and the overt settling of scores during these difficult times.. .Many of us have become cynical since sept 11, Maybe cynisicm and maturity are the same?. .Maybe now that Mr Wagstaff has decided to retire there is an equitable solution to our demotions.. .Maybe we will be fortunate to have a new DFO from elsewhere like jmc now has. A fresh mind and no baggage?
