I am at present converting my Canadian ATPL i have written the 14 exams in the UK, and for the flying portion they say i should do 15hrs Instrument duel. I am at present living in Italy and was hoping to maybe do the flying portion here. Is this possible? Is Italy a full (enough) JAR state? Prices are much cheaper here and it doesn't matter for me which country my JAR liecence is issued. Thanks if anyone can help.
