I have been told that uk charter airline Couger are to add two more aircraft to their fleet. Anybody know what type? They operate B727s at the moment(I think).

Is it a Couger in the hanger or a Cougar in the hangar?

Forgive my ignorance, but how does the 727 fare with regard to noise regulations? I know Cougar aren't alone in operating them (and I'm presuming that they are hushkittted) but how much longer do they have and is it a case of massive de-rating?. .. .Cheers,. .Callltheball

there is no noise problem as the Cougar 727s are refitted with the "bigger" engines...re-certified to comply with stage 3...

Yeah, and they were getting a 757 recently as well!! . .. .Or were they, f?ck knows, they never bothered to tell those of us who were interviewed what happened to that plan.....not a good way to treat fellow aviators I think most would agree.. .. .Good luck if you go for an interview for the 727.

hey,. .. .I found Cougar impossible to deal with regarding recruitment !. .. .After calling them 4 times in a week, they still never got back - although, they called me initially !. .. .They either need crew, or they dont !
