Do the EJ-145s operated by BMIR have a separate Buissenes class section? as buissness fares are avadible on routes operated by them.

No.
Many airlines offer 'business class' tickets on turbo props and small jet equipment where no seperate cabin exists. The advantage is the conditions of the ticket, and a nice meal.

Business Class on commuter aircraft is one big con! Don't waste your (or your company's) money.
