I would like to know where Visual Metroligical Conditions are defined.
(Just the met conditions, not VFR/IFR definitions)
Are these the same the world over, or is Australia different to the US which is different to the UK etc?
Do different A/C types have different definitions? A F-18 needs a lot more visibility than a balloon.
I need some form of reference for a flight test procedure, I can't tell someone to only do the test VMC if I don't tell them where/how to define it. An Australian reference would be good, but any will do.
Cheers,
SU
