how are jepp charts distributed and issued?

how are jepp charts distributed and issued?
just wondering how it is with other airlines especially the majors..

are jepp charts subcribed to and paid for by the company and given to every pilot, like a personal file or are the charts kept in the aircraft for use by everyone or are the pilots required to subcribe on their own ???

Our Jepps revisions are placed in our "Box" in the crew lounge weekly. The charts cover only our airports that we fly to. Off-Line Alternates are kept in the aircraft. The revisions are paid for by the company.
