I have noticed upon landing in a 777, that there is no flare or very little!

Is it just me or do you not flare a 777?

Standard Boeing technique works just fine. At about 20R pitch up by 2 degrees and hold that attitude as the thrust reduces (autothrottle engaged all the way on this bird). As she settles into ground effect just ease the stick back a fraction and you can smooth it on every time. The interreaction between the wing/flaps and ground creates such a strong cushion (ground effect) that a complete flare to level flight simply results in a long float and some of our destinations are not that long.
From the cabin a 2 degree pitch up would be hard to detect hence your impression of "no flare".....

That's the theory anyway. Only works for me about half the time!:D
