Never understood what this number represents....
if you go to Landings (http://www.landings.com) and look up aircraft tailnumbers and click on the aircraft model you will see that it will give you an aircraft code. Example: FAA's G-IV N1 has a code being: 3980115
What does this number represent? :confused:
