Time to send those NZ Warriors home - any old Ansett aircraft still around in SY?

Guess the in-flight meal Air New Zealand gave them wasn't up to scratch... (you had to see the ad in today's Sunday Telegraph):p

The warriors did very well this season - they can hold their heads up high - well done!

Even tho they lost, it will help the profile of R.L. in New zealand.

It always amuses me how kiwi's never factor a loss into the equation. Bit like an ostrich burying its head in the sand.

I'll second that Torres. :D

Feel a bit sorry for Freddy - 2 hits for the price of one. The neanderthal responsible should've been marched very smartly off the field.

Was worth tuning in just to perve at the ref...fwoar!

What's up with the players apparantly exchanging shorts after the game????

After the game, footage was shown as the players entered the stands, heading for their respective changing rooms.

Some Warrior players who played in black kit were wearing white Rooster shorts and some of the Rooster's, who played in the mainly white kit, were wearing black Warrior shorts.

Is this a new trend, with the traditional shirt exchange giving way to shorts???

Shorts are regularly exchanged at the end of football (soccer) internationals. The shirt usually goes to the player who marked them while the shorts are given as a seperate sign of respect to someone else.

Maradona rarely left the pitch with either in his posession.
