Pilots in receipt of RIS or RAS outside CAS will want to retain these services and should endeavor to stay a few miles from the zone boundaries of other controlling authorities. Otherwise I for one would be delighted to change frequency and talk to controllers as I navigated round their zone, and to accept vectors if it was helpful in retaining separation in the immediate vicinity of the boundary. Perhaps the pilots might then also benefit from some limited traffic information and everybody would be happier.
