On the southern (military) side at Frankfurt Main (EDDF, FRA), tucked away beside a hangar is a strange looking machine. It's very shiny and new, has swept wings and tail, and a nose shape reminiscent of a Stratocruiser, but no windows or engines as far as I can see. Size of a largeish airliner. It looks too good to be a trainer for the fire department. Perhaps something to do with evacuation training, or something more sinister ?
