I've seen this in many places in messages on this board and I have no idea what it means. Can anyone fill me in please??
Expatriate-a national of one country living and working in another country.

Yep, just like me! An Australian citizen (hence the "Oz" part of my username) living and working in Papua New Guinea (hence the "Expat" bit).
Or some one like me.
