ATSIN 19: Approach Minima.
This ATSIN reminds providers of air traffic control services of the need for controllers to use the correct phraseology and procedures, as detailed in MATS Part 1. It also draws the attention of ATC service providers to the need to have in place procedures that ensure that the instructions in MATS Part 1 on Approach Minima are carried out at the appropriate time.
