I just bought a new David Clark H10-13.4 headset and noticed that on the top of the headset (above the foam padding) it says that the weight of the headset is 16.5oz. I have a much older H10-13.4 and it says that it weighs 13.4oz in the same place. Furthermore, the website also claims the headset weight 13.4oz. Anyone out there just buy an H10-13.4 out there and noticed the same thing?

I seem to remember a post recently saying that the noise cancelling headsets could potentially cause damage because of the opposite frequencies generated. Thing is I don't think I ever got to see the result.

Anyone know if this was true or not.

I think the 13.4 is when you use the foam ear seals (also in the box??) rather than the heavier gel.
