Hi, I am a Tower Air Traffic Controller from germany and I am trying to get some details about salary and working conditions as an ATCO in Dubai.
- what is the monthly salary?
- will accomodation be provided or will there be any extra compensation for it?
- will there be any care provisions for retirement?
- medical insurance?
- how long are the shifts and how many shifts have to be done in one month?
- is it possible to work only as a TWR-Controller or is it necessary to do Approach Control as well?
