Haven't got a link at the mo, but Ken Mattingly, almost Apollo 13 CM pilot and Apollo 16 CM pilot has gone. Plus two Shuttle missions.

Seriously thin on the ground now for those who have left the immediate environs of our planet.

Given that the youngest is 88, it won't be long before there aren't any left. 50 years ago, I'd never thought I'd live long enough that I'd once again live in a world where no living person had ever visited or walked on another celestial body, but it's becoming increasingly likely that I will.

...Don't forget (and TBF the NASA obit mention this) in addition to his involvement in Apollo he had two Space Shuttle flights on his CV. The second one (STS-51-C) was the first dedicated DoD mission, some details of which AFAIK are still classified.

Being an astronaut is clearly a healthy option!

For info link to the NASA oral histories site (phenomenal resource for space flight nuts) , specifically T. K. Mattingly Oral History Interviews (https://historycollection.jsc.nasa.gov/JSCHistoryPortal/history/oral_histories/MattinglyTK/mattinglytk.htm).

Frank Borman died 3 days after this post was made, so his name can be taken off that list.
