Hi everybody,
I know that every competent authority of European States can decide independently how maintain the ICAO level 4 proficiency for air traffic controllers employed for several years.
It sounds strange that air traffic controllers who are usually employed without any language problem, have to take an exam to estabilish if they have the minimum level requested to be employed (???). What about your country?
