Any advice from 320 bus drivers much appreciated.

Moved over to the airbus 6 months ago without any major issues. I am however struggling with landing the NEO versus the CEO, anyone else have this or any handling tips?

Feels much slower and higher pitch coming into the flare (appreciate vapp is calculated lower in the neo) and ends up just running out of energy and dropping onto the tarmac, much different to the ceos. All done in flap full

thanks all

you might try adding 2 knots to the computed VAPP, and don't go to idle until the second retard. (carry power longer)

Not meaning to call anybody off but... if you need to constantly add 2 kts to the Vapp to make a better landing, it is because that you are not using the correct technic, most probably because you haven't been trained well in the differences between CEO and NEO.
I suggest to talk to the Training Department of your airline about it, there should not be a problem letting you in the sim for 10 minutes for a couple of touch and goes, after being briefed on the actual differences of the control laws below 50 feet during landing.

Adding speed to the Vapp is fixing the symptoms, not the actual issue, and that eventually will come back to bite you!

According to FCOM flare mode is same for A320 Ceo and Neo. So A320 Neo simulator is going to be no different. There's a difference in A321neo. Possibly A320 Neo Vref of 5kt less than CEO may be making it a little sluggish. Although Flap3 VLS is same for both. Try Flap3 landing in Neo if it's same as flaps full then it's due to speed.

constantly ?

the sim has zero difference between CEO and NEO. the flare is the same. spool down, etc, size of the "ice cream scoop" hanging on the wing, slightly different
