Has anyone got experience in cruise at low altitudes (10k and below). Will bus respect the speed/altitude constraints in a SID when it reaches target programmed cruise alt?

Everything is phase related with Airbus thus if it transitions from climb phase to cruise phase with a suitable cruise speed/ CI entered then that is the speed it will target.
