EASA ATPL to ATP CTP

Good evening all, I am trying to wade through the complexities of whether my CAE (UK) delivered EASA ATPL Initial is valid to qualify me to attend the CAE (US) delivered ATPCTP, ie is the UK piece Part 142 compliant? Thanks in advance.

An ATP-CTP has no requirements, you just pay and do the course... What is an ATPL initial?
