Hi..
Just for clarification and knowledge
are the engine fire loops used once !
meaning when the loops subjected for a heat process they becomes inoperative? ?

Depends on what happened to them. Inspection and rejection criteria is in the AMM, so it is not possible to answer Yes or No. Design itself is not one-time-use (like fire extinguisher squibs for instance)

Let's assume that , pylon loops was subjected to hot air leak due to bad clamp or any other issue and maintenance fix the problem ''
did the loops still serviceable?

As far as I know, as long as they test OK after an event, they are considered serviceable.
