There didn't seem to be any take offs or landings that could be heard during the concert. Were there?

Heathrow was on westerlies, where none of the departure or arrival routes go over Windsor.

Lucky they didn't shut the airport after the public reported seeing drones in the area.

What next ? Metropolitan Police arrest a Windsor couple after reports of a rave in back garden and drone activity. ?

Yes, some departing flights went overhead during the concert. I was watching the big screens on the Long Walk.

I certainly heard one during the Prince of Wales’ speech. Air China 494 according to FR 24

"only some Chinese" - in this case, specifically Taiwanese :)

Given that aircraft are under positive ATC control there, I'm surprised it wasn't routed elsewhere.

Thank you chaps! Just wondering because when I flew 744s off LHR Westerlies we flew fairly close to Windsor (noise wise anyway).

They still overfly, a local resident has counted 145 this year so far on Westerlies, super heavies, heavies and others.

Some would see this a chore..... others.... a pastime/hobby. :-)
