Well I guess not a surprise and not going to get better anytime soon.

While I am sure the aviation professionals in thsoe countries do care, their political ( or military) leaders do not . Civil airlines in countries like Afgahnistan , Lybia , Mali, atc operate that way , or are simply gone, , and probably the same is happenning in Sudan today.
