Mentour always has good rumours on this day , I loved his previous one on Airbus finally admitting they were wrong and reintroducing yokes to replace side sticks on their new A321s with descriptions of the consequences of removing the tablet /tray

Whew! I heard that Antonov was taking a "steak" in Boeing. That could only be an improvement for Boeing over their antics since Boeing was taken over by MDD in the 90's.

Not sure, whether the employer of the owner of Mentourpilot would appreciate a message like this, as an April-fools joke, even when he is not the factual writer of the article, though still ultimately responsible for the publication.

Given the other items raised in the same news message, I would not be surprised, when this subject is real. Not to say, such a merger might bring Boeing both the money and next-generation technology to indeed design real next-generation (vs. the 737NG, which was just a re-reheated, but commercially successful Dino) aircraft.

So, IF, it's a joke, please Boeing better consider this .....
