Are the Saudi's still using the FAA system for Operations and licensing?

All the Aramco guys I’ve trained are FAA and I believe THC are the same… If I’m wrong, I’m sure someone will correct me.

All 3 big operators in the kingdom seem to be transitioning to GACA licensing. ( which at the moment is a cut and paste from FAA part 61, but apparently there is a move towards mirroring the EASA requirements instead.)
