This is not by any means an exhaustive list, but I have tried to include as many Regulatory/Investigative/Safety organisations and sites as I could verify. Hope it's useful.

Please add any you might have that you feel people might find useful. I also hope that other contributors won't mind me deleting their posts after incorporating their contributions into the list - just trying to keep it uncluttered. All contributors acknowledged at the foot of the post.

CL: CRM has been established to enable pilots with good CRM to handle pilots with poor CRM. Those with good CRM can't see the point because they are allready proficient in it and those with poor CRM can't see the point because they have just that: poor CRM. The only ones that enjoy the seminars and reccurent training days are those with an interest in the topic itself. Seminars in the subject are often very theoretical and more often than not it becomes a day of explaining theoretical models instead of providing the trainee with practical insight in for example problem solving in a group. For those without the interest in the actual subject, it's often a boring and long day on the ground. And that's why (I dare say) most pilots find CRM a boring and superflous part of airline training.

http://www.skybrary.aero/

SKYbrary is an initiative of EUROCONTROL, ICAO, and The Flight Safety Foundation aimed at developing a comprehensive source of aviation safety information and making it available to users worldwide.

SKYbrary's objective is to become the single point of reference in the network of aviation safety knowledge. The SKYbrary knowledgebase is a dynamic enterprise and we envisage that this will take 3 years to achieve, and will require the support and active participation of all those interested in promoting best practice and knowledge in aviation safety.

Wiki-based flight safety site. Seems to be a promising concept, provided the site attracts enough contributors from the professional aviation community.

I'd like to add a link to our Aviation SMS Software (http://www.gaelquality.com/aviation/). It's called Q-Pulse and is used by many of the world's leading airlines, airports, MRO's and regulators to manage their SMS.

.........And here's another SMS management software that has the advantage of being internet-based thus enabling simultaneous collection and analysis of data from multiple sites.

Hi,

Can someone point me in the right direction for a relevant course/s in CRM instructing. Also do I need a ground instructors course to start with?

This is my first enquiry into the subject which I have a keen interest in, so any pointers would be much appreciated.

Thanks. :ok:
