License Conversion from the Philippines?

I currently have a CPL-IR rating here in the Philippines with about 200hrs, and I'm planning to move to Canada, what schools are recommended in BC and what's the process?

I’m also living in the Philippines and wondering what the process is to convert my license to UK CAA ready to move back?
