Hi,
I am just researching EFB technology for a Masters course and focusing on BA. Is anybody able to tell me who BA's EFB software provider is on the A320 family.
Many thanks in advance!

Hi Rolls Trent,

We use LIDO mPilot for airfield charts and enroute info. For takeoff performance, it’s CARD (an ACARS-based system) and for any landing performance, the QRH.

The company is in the process of introducing a replacement for CARD (still accessed via ACARS) and we are getting upgrades to LIDO (LIDO 4D) in the near future.

Quite why we couldn’t have Airbus flysmart I don’t know. BA knows best as they say…

Hi Champair79!
Thankyou for replying with lightning speed to my thread!
That is incredibly helpful and I can go away and look further into it now I have some specifics.
BA seems to have LIDO across many areas including, load control and flight planning.
A strong product despite the competition out there.
Anyway hope it all works good for the crews.
Many thanks again

And we use Docunet by Vistair for aircraft manuals and documentation.
