BBC reported a light aircraft crash at EGTC yesterday. Does anyone have any info?

Cabair Katana engine failure, apparently went into a corn-field "near the airfield". Both instructor and trainee uninjured, damage not assessed on aircraft yet.

Judging by the pictures on BBC Look East last night, the damage seemed to be fairly light. The front noseleg looked as though it had taken an impact but the main structure looked OK. It will be interesting to see how a composite airframe copes with this kind of incident.

Heard that all the Cabair Katana's had been grounded now as a precaution, pending further investigation.
