I'm a UK controller and everyone at my airport has noticed the last few months Ryanair has gone from being the "always ready, always able earliest departure intersection" crews we could fit in the hariest of arrival gaps, to creeping slowly out to the full length holding point and standing there for a few minutes still waiting for the cabin. Heck, some days you're even slower than the Shuttle crews!

Any gossip worthy incidents leading to this, or has someone just decided out of spite to limit my ability to fill my monthly runway incursion quota?

has someone just decided out of spite to limit my ability to fill my monthly runway incursion quota? Have you been a pilot in the previous life, by any chance? :}

In my experience they still are one of the most consistent operators at being ready and expeditious.

Also very consistent speeds and profiles when it comes to the approach phase.

Probably related to when the crew commence the safety demo to the pax which changed during the last year.
